About The Position

CDS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a first-shift team of approximately 30 warehouse employees in our Stockton distribution center. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining a safe work environment, and developing a high-performing team. Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing labor and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar warehouse technology.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, material handling, shipping, and receiving.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates and support staff.
Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Allocate labor and equipment to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
Partner with shipping office personnel and operations leadership to ensure accurate and timely customer order fulfillment.
Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance.
Prepare shift, labor, and operational reports.
Communicate company goals, expectations, and operational priorities to employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
