Warehouse Operations Supervisor
About The Position
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics. This role is with American Exchange Group, an industry leader in fashion accessory products and brand management. The company facilitates distribution to major retailers internationally for their globally recognized brands, custom private label brands, and exclusive licensed brands. The position is located at 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571 and requires onsite presence 5 days a week. Requirements
- 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
- 2+ years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multi-client environments
- KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
- Lead performance reviews and team development
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients
