Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
  • Valid forklift operator certification with demonstrated safe operation skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and SAP (ERP) systems.
  • Continuous improvement skills

  • Proficiency in forklift operation

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, and quality assurance to support supply chain objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and prepare reports for management review.
