This role administers and operates the organization's warehouses, managing the processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets. The position is responsible for accounting for all assets, auditing incoming goods, and overseeing the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets, along with related reporting. The specialist will also prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to manage the flow of goods and warehouse space, ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. This is a job level that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience, operating within established procedures and guidelines with moderate supervision.
