This position acts as a central connector between production, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams, ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery of products. Nice To Haves

- Knowledge of inventory management systems and production workflows
- Background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPIs, output, schedule adherence)
- Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine KPIs aligned with business goals
- Drive data collection and analysis to support operational improvements and strategic decisions
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Track production progress and proactively mitigate delays or bottlenecks
- Oversee inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods, escalating shortages and coordinating replenishment
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability
- Support production scheduling and work order execution
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of floor documentation, material lists, and travelers
- Coordinate material staging and warehouse readiness for production
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support employee training, safety initiatives, and quality audits
