About The Position

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the 1st shift who is ready to lead, inspire a team, and drive performance across their logistics center. This role is for a hands-on leader passionate about people, process, and results, offering an opportunity to make a lasting impact. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations, motivating, coaching, and connecting them to the bigger picture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
  • Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate clear expectations and empower the team to meet them.
  • Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance.
  • Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader.
  • Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams.
  • Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
  • Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly.
  • Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep the team productive and safe.
  • Tackle other duties as assigned within training and expertise.
