About The Position

Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge, ON, you will work closely with your management team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy. This role involves developing, managing, and analyzing operational budgets, leading and supporting a team of Warehouse Supervisors, and overseeing inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination. The position also requires ensuring effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, preparing management reports, ensuring financial oversight of warehouse operations, enforcing strict compliance with health and safety standards, and supervising the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

Requirements

5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management.
Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills.
Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
