About The Position

Our client, a supplier of piping components for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial applications in the US, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager. The company provides total solutions from procurement to stock management. The key to their business is supplying materials from the US and overseas to customers in the US, handling all operational processes, delivering them to job sites in a timely manner, and developing new customers and vendors to improve supply chain capability.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics (Manager or Supervisor level experience is highly preferred).
Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with a proven track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting system interface discrepancies through data analysis.
Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency, designing bin/location management processes, and supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.
Demonstrated ability to audit and verify operational compliance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, along with strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for warehouse crews.
Fluency in English is required for coordinating with local 3PLs and vendors.
