About The Position

Sodexo InReach is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. As the frontline operations leader for a dynamic new technology campus account, you will be the connective tissue between warehouse, drivers, and site leadership — keeping the team moving, product flowing, and clients delighted. If you thrive in an overnight operations environment and love building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity. This is an overnight position. Typical time will be 12:00 am- 8:00 am.

Requirements

  • Operations Manager or supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or route delivery in a Foodservice operation
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills with proven ability to lead frontline teams in a high-volume, overnight environment
  • Experience onboarding, training, and developing drivers or warehouse personnel
  • Familiarity with fleet maintenance requirements and driver compliance practices
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services

  • Office Coffee Service or pantry services experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach to frontline leadership

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily warehouse and route driver operations, ensuring accurate product breakdown, loading, and on-time delivery across client sites
  • Manage driver scheduling, vacation coverage, and onboarding and training for new route personnel
  • Review End-of-Day (EOD) reports and follow up with the team to close gaps and maintain accountability
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with company and client standards
  • Serve as the primary communication hub between drivers, warehouse staff, and General Manager — keeping everyone aligned and informed
  • Support on-site pantry service operations, ensuring consistent product availability and a high-quality experience for client employees
