About The Position

Arcadia Stones is seeking a highly adaptable, hands-on Warehouse Manager for its specialized, small-footprint inventory hub. This versatile leader will own the warehouse space, operating the forklift, managing stock, fulfilling sample inventory and merchandise requests, and driving safety execution, compliance, and risk reduction. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in an organized facility and enjoys supporting both logistics and localized sales growth.

Requirements

2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be bilingual, Spanish
Forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency in operation
Experience handling heavy materials, construction products, or stone preferred
Work in physically demanding conditions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Capable of lifting to 75 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
Ability to climb stairs and maintain balance on various surfaces.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the warehouse layout, ensuring a clean, safe, and highly organized environment.
Manage the tracking, receiving, and storage of physical inventory, including product samples and marketing literature/catalogs.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain absolute inventory accuracy.
Enforce health and safety rules like OSHA guidelines.
Partner closely with operation leaders to help identify risks proactively and ensure safety is embedded into daily operations.
Work with Safety Director to hire, train, schedule and warehouse workers.
Execute the safe retrieval and staging of slab inventory for outbound shipping and local pickup, maintaining strict adherence to established safety protocols and material handling best practices.
Process and fulfill daily requests for product samples, marketing collateral, and specialized merchandise efficiently and accurately.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal sales teams regarding stock levels and incoming merchandise requests.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) to load and unload deliveries.
Regularly evaluate warehouse protocols and propose innovative workflow solutions to maximize operational efficiency and support organizational scale.
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Report on unsafe conditions or practices immediately
Assist team members with manual handling tasks when needed
Support showroom or delivery teams as required
