About The Position

Monster Energy is looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead for their Lakeland Evening/Weekend shift. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring timely and safe completion of daily tasks, verifying and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory through policy adherence. The ideal candidate will be able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Between 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving
Between 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations
Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, General Management or related field of study

Responsibilities

Oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed on a timely and safe manner.
Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure an accurate inventory by following policy and procedures.
Possess the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Examine outgoing shipments to ensure both are correct and meet specifications.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee an accurate and consistent inventory.
Support team when required assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
Project a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner.
Display a professional attitude while complying with company policies and procedures.
Supervisor warehouse staff and monitor performance on assigned daily tasks.
Maintain office functions including filing, billing, match receiving paperwork.
