About The Position

This position is primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; however, to support client operations and business demands, candidates must be flexible to work an early shift (4:00 AM–2:00 PM) once per week and occasionally adjust their schedule to start later in the day and remain onsite until as late as 7:30 PM. The Warehouse Operations Lead will anticipate staffing requirements and expectations, develop value-added services to support changing client needs, coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment, maintain the timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate, and provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request. This role also involves managing employee relations at the site, including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews. Additionally, the lead will conduct onsite orientation and safety training, facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents, participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site, act as the liaison between the branch office and the client, and deliver superior customer service while developing relationships with supervisors and associates. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs, including an early start (4:00 AM) once per week and occasional extended hours up to 7:30 PM
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong Reporting Skills Required
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High levels of motivation and self-direction
  • Willingness to work after hours and on weekends if necessary
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a 1st shift

Nice To Haves

  • Staffing and CRM experience preferred
  • Experience in coaching and managing others

Responsibilities
