About The Position

Airtron is seeking a driven Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and guide a team of 7–8 associates. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone ready to step into Supervisor-level responsibilities, with a structured development period to build leadership skills and operational ownership. From day one, this role carries the scope of a developing supervisor, with growth focused on expanding responsibility and leadership impact over time.

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate team workflow
• Assign and prioritize work to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Stay hands-on with picking, staging, and organization
• Train and support team members to build a high-performing team
• Ensure accuracy in materials, inventory, and inbound deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first environment
• Troubleshoot inventory and operational issues as they arise
