About The Position
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for breaking down and preparing incoming repair, return, and outsource shipments to support a streamlined and efficient receiving process. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments are properly processed, documented, and routed to maintain workflow efficiency across production operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with materials, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Open and process daily incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, trucking companies, and other deliveries
- Record shipment details including document numbers, tracking information, and customer data in Excel
- Review RGA and RMA documentation to identify special handling instructions
- Sort and prepare incoming shipments for receiving and production processes
- Maintain organization and accuracy while handling high shipment volume
- Assist with staging and routing items for the next phase of processing
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
