Warehouse Operations Associate
About The Position
We are a growing chemical distribution company looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate & Service Technician to join our team in Saskatoon. This is a full-time, entry-level role that combines warehouse operations with hands-on service work. Fluent in English is required as well as a positive, team-oriented attitude. The position involves basic chemical handling (including glycol mixing and product transfer), as well as servicing commercial and industrial boilers and cooling towers. You will be trained to check chemical levels, test water, troubleshoot systems, and ensure all components are operating safely and efficiently. You may be required to go to customer sites to do basic water testing, and deliver products. In addition, you may be required to work in the lab testing water or sampling. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
- Able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Forklift and mechanical experience is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks daily (training provided if needed)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
- Receive, organize, and store inventory
- Mix glycol according to established procedures
- Transfer chemical products into smaller pails
- Properly label, handle, and store chemicals
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Follow all company safety policies, WHMIS, and procedures
- Learn and perform basic water testing
- Troubleshoot systems and assist with chemical control
- Service commercial and industrial boilers and cooling towers
