About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The role handles inbound and outbound shipments, prepares materials for shipment, fulfills orders for field technicians and internal customers, and helps maintain accurate inventory records and an organized, safe warehouse. This is a temporary 12-week assignment in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or license and safe operating experience, as applicable to the equipment used.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive material-handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, pick, pack, label, and stage materials for shipment.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify shipping documents, packing slips, item numbers, and quantities.
• Fulfill orders for field technicians and internal customers.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
• Use inventory management systems to process orders and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow site safety, security, attendance, and quality procedures.
