We're searching for a Warehouse Worker II who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our daily operations by receiving materials, maintaining inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring products move efficiently through our warehouse.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift experience or certification, or the ability to become certified.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment that includes standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
  • A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and customer requests to ensure order accuracy.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and arrange carrier pickups.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials to support daily operations.
  • Support production and operations by ensuring materials are available where and when they're needed.
  • Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates across operations to meet daily production and shipping goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
