About The Position

Certco, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable 3rd Shift Warehouse Office Clerk to support our receiving team at our Verona Road location in Madison, WI. This role provides essential administrative support to warehouse receiving operations, including coordinating deliveries, managing paperwork, tracking inventory, and supporting communication between staff and management during the overnight shift. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent math skills.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Office required.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving duties.
• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel.
• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision while keeping a productive workstation.

Responsibilities

• Check in over the road drivers, verifying appointments and purchase orders.
• Edit Certco receipts to match provided Bill of Lading from Vendor.
• Prepare driver paperwork according to AM Board.
• Complete invoicing for store delivery using Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Answer telephones after office business hours.
• Schedule receiving for Verona.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Be regular in attendance and comply with the Company Attendance Policy.
