This individual serves as the technical expert behind the scenes – ensuring all production equipment and facility systems run seamlessly, safely, and without disruption. This is not a traditional maintenance role. It is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing advanced equipment, and making real-time decisions that directly influence uptime and operational success. Working in close partnership with operations and leadership, the Culinary Center Facilities Technician plays a pivotal role in elevating performance, strengthening compliance, and enabling the business to deliver at its highest level every day. The Facilities Technician will work in both refrigerated and frozen environments at times.
