About The Position

As a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler, you will manually load trucks with products for delivery to customers. The role involves lifting, lowering, carrying products in a fast-paced warehouse, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. You will follow safe work practices and support the safety culture while helping Staples Supply Chain deliver products to customers. The work is scheduled from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift when hired as a full-time associate; overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for 100% of the time.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain MHEO certification and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required.
• Ability and willingness to keep the work area clean.
• Ability to adapt to safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Inclusive approach to working with colleagues and customers, building relationships, and collaborating to resolve issues.
