About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler supports daily material handling, inventory movement, and freight operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency in an industrial environment. This role involves supporting fast-paced warehouse and logistics operations with hands-on work involving material movement, safety compliance, and operational accuracy.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of related warehouse or material handling experience.
Basic written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Reading and understanding work instructions, correspondence, and basic documentation.
Performing material handling activities including loading, unloading, storing, and staging freight.
Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Applying basic math skills for counting, weighing, and tracking inventory.
Using basic computer systems for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Working in a fast-paced and noisy warehouse environment with continuous movement throughout the shift.
Lifting and moving materials up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently.
Following all safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
