Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to be licensed and experienced with forklift operations
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites and a general knowledge of computers is essential
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
  • Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Criminal background check and drug screening required

Nice To Haves

  • Preference given to individuals with 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment, material handling, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organize paperwork related to outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Manage and organize warehouse inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Safely operate and maintain forklift, pallet jacks, and other shipping/receiving equipment.
  • Provide updates on raw material inventories.
  • Work with Microsoft Office and Inventory Management Software.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Pull and prepare raw material to the production floor.
  • Assist with raw material, WIP, and finished goods on the production line as needed.
  • Responsible for outgoing and incoming merchandise to and from the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack inventory to prepare for shipment.
  • Load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery trucks.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Deliver production-ready material to production.
  • Remove completed pallets from the palletizer.
  • Remove waste.
  • Regularly operate pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Support raw material movement to the production line and removal of completed pallets as needed to support daily goals.
