About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants with over 100 years of experience. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles. The position requires attention to safety, inventory control, and the ability to work at heights and lift heavy items. Team members may also assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
Be willing and able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
