About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants with over 100 years of experience. This role operates on a Sunday - Thursday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, or until work is completed, with potential for overtime as business needs dictate. The position involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts and picker equipment. Responsibilities include using scanners for inventory control, handling products up to 80 pounds, working at heights up to 25 feet, and adhering to safety protocols. Team members may also assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
