About The Position

Join our Warehouse team at Bray Controls and advance your career in a growing industry. As a Material Handler, your duties will include receiving and pulling inventory for orders, performing physical counts, and other assigned tasks. You will coordinate materials receiving, supply, and movement, including stock identification, loading and unloading, storage, and transfer. You will also label new inventory items, identify warehouse bin locations, and perform and assist in inventory control activities. Additionally, you will pull orders for assembly and maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse and storage operations. You will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts daily.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Must possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Must adhere by safety policies and maintain a safe workstation
• Must be driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Highly dependable and flexible
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment
• Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Available to work overtime hours
