About The Position

Pentair is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to join their Delavan, WI team. This role supports the Shipping and Materials teams by managing inventory, materials handling, shipping and receiving activities, and order processing to ensure materials are delivered accurately and operations run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills.
Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing required PPE.
Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
