About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates on a weekend shift schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, where you work 36 hours and get paid for 40. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment, and using scanners for inventory control. The job requires the ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavier items. Pushing force up to 40 pounds is needed for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Comfort working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment is essential. You must be able to work on your feet for extended periods, work overtime as needed, and contribute to a culture of safety. Assistance may be provided to other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call depending on business needs. Job duties are not exhaustive, and team members may be asked to perform other related tasks.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
