About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, with potential for overtime based on business needs. Team members are expected to maintain a high level of safety and may assist other departments as needed. The duties are not exhaustive, and team members may be asked to perform other job-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
