About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. They serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships with over 100 years of experience. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within their fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Utilize scanners to locate and put away tires, and assist with inventory control.
• Perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call based on business needs.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors as assigned, subject to reasonable accommodations.
