About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader with over 100 years of experience in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling tires and auto parts, and operating industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment. The role requires using scanners for inventory control, consistent heavy lifting, working at heights, and adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures. Team members may also assist other departments like ecomm, inventory, and will call as business needs dictate.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Work at heights safely while operating equipment, including on stock racks up to 25 feet tall
Work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
Perform other job-related tasks and follow any job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations
