About The Position
The Warehouse Material Handler position requires the transportation and delivery of parts from the warehouse to the production areas. This position is required to pull parts (picks) from the storage shelves and prepare them for transfer to the production areas as well as pick up material and crates, etc. Performs physical tasks to transport or store materials or merchandise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year of experience
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
- Basic knowledge of AS400 system
- Ability to read and write
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to count and do basic math
- Ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
- Pulls parts (picks) from the storage shelves and prepare them for transfer.
- Performs audit of boat parts on pick list when complete with pick.
- Unpacks boxes of parts, shelve or place items in proper storage locations.
- Scans parts from shelve to boat bin.
- Ensures accurate data entry and have a basic knowledge of the AS400.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
