Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference? Our Forklift Operators Schedule: Warehouse 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and Friday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm · Starting hourly wage is $22.75. An additional $1.50 hourly shift differential is applied while working on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

Loading product for customer pick-up and prepares Common Carrier, UPS, RPS, and Federal Express Deliveries for shipment.
Operating industrial forklift truck to assist in unloading and loading raw materials and product from trucks and trailers, while checking for proper material and count quality.
Following Great Northern's quality procedures for accuracy and quality, randomly checking a minimum of one order per day.
Changing LP tanks safely, following written guidelines, or recharges electric forklift as needed.
Shrink-wrapping units as needed in preparation for shipping.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Other duties as assigned
