About The Position

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently through our operation. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. At Eaton, we are looking for dependable team members who are eager to learn and grow. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train qualified candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Requirements

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime to align with business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Handheld / RF Scanner experience
  • Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product, product numbers, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Stock the warehouse locations and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
