About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler works with a team to move products through the warehouse and ensure they reach their intended destinations. Duties include unloading delivery vehicles, receiving and storing inventory, selecting and packing customer orders, and occasionally delivering orders in a light van or delivery vehicle. The role also involves keeping the warehouse clean, following safety procedures, and conducting daily safety inspections. Requirements

• Be able to meet the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 70 lbs., cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying on the move in varying temperatures depending on the location.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
• Have good attendance and work ethic.
• Perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Unload deliveries and accurately receive inventory.
• Store products in designated locations and record their locations in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders.
• Occasionally deliver customer orders in a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
