About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or until work is completed, with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners for inventory control, including finding and putting away tires.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for lifting commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Be able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
  • Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
