About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on material handling and inventory control. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday, 11:45 PM - 8:30 AM, with potential for schedule changes and overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Utilize scanners for locating and putting away tires and assisting with inventory control.
• Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
• Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
• Responsible for inventory control, including adjustments, returns, and shortages.
• Assist with e-commerce and will-call orders as needed.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors as assigned, subject to reasonable accommodations.
