About The Position

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their NE Calgary, Alberta location. This role involves various warehouse operations and requires a focus on customer experience and safety compliance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work long hours standing, for a full 8 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to a minimum of 30 lbs.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Receiving experience
Forklift certification.
Fall arrest certification
Order picker certification.
Transport of Dangerous Goods certification.
WHMIS certification.
Experience in shipping, order picking, cycle counting, etc.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is an asset.
Experience with AS400 or inventory management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

Ship, receive, pick, restock, return, cycle count, and put-away along with the other warehouse team members.
Prioritize customer experience, ensuring customers are addressed quickly and professionally.
Participate in all training and certification as required.
Organize and maintain the warehouse, notify supervisors when supplies need to be ordered.
Inspect and operate designated equipment and facilities in the warehouse (forklifts, order pickers, racking, etc.)
Be a leader in safety, participating in training and ensuring compliance in all health and safety procedures.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
