About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. With over 100 years of experience, they serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This role is part of a fast-paced warehouse environment and involves operating industrial vehicles to manage inventory.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners for inventory control, including finding and putting away tires.
  • Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavier items.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Onboard and train new hires.
  • Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
  • Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
  • Responsible for inventory control, including adjustments, returns, and shortages.
  • Assist with e-commerce and will-call orders as needed.
