About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. With over 100 years of experience, they serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position operates on a 3rd shift schedule, typically Sunday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, or until work is completed, with a rotating 6th day off. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds (working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires).
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
• Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
• Responsible for inventory control, including adjustments, returns, and shortages.
• Assist with e-commerce and will-call orders as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors as needed.
