About The Position

The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of goods within the HVAC industry. This position is responsible for managing the entire supply chain flow within the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while implementing best practices and warehouse management systems (WMS). They will also coordinate international shipping logistics to support global trade requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction through effective warehouse management and supply chain coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in using Service Titan or willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory control are essential for managing the day-to-day flow of goods and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) enables the Warehouse Manager to efficiently track inventory, optimize storage, and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of international shipping is critical for coordinating cross-border logistics and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills are applied daily to motivate staff, enforce safety standards, and maintain productivity.
• Supply chain operations expertise supports collaboration with other departments to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management to meet company performance goals.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize storage solutions.
• Coordinate international shipping activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline processes, forecast demand, and manage stock replenishment.
