About The Position

Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, is looking for a full-time experienced, motivated Warehouse Manager to join our amazing team. Requirements

Minimum 5 years previous warehouse manager experience
Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work in outdoor elements
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
Must be able to pass a felony background check

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple warehouse departments; receiving, shipping, warehouse and maintenance operations
Manage and enforce warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and goals.
Continuously look for improvements to operations.
Ensure efficient space utilization.
Maintain standards cleanliness and security
Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results.
Select, place, train, coach and motivate employees
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of work provided
Working with various departments to realize effectiveness and manage expectations
