The Warehouse Manager directs the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. They ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Fosters a Culture in which all Company employees share common purpose & comply with applicable laws & our Guiding Principles. Manages shipping, pricing, and invoicing verification. Assists with customer inventory management. Manages customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.). Manages customer specific finished goods. Assists with the management of obsolete inventory. Maintains manual BOLs. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Maintains physical condition of warehouse - inspects equipment, issues work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system. Coordinates production, distribution, and warehousing in accordance with principles, policies, and established procedures. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. Oversees warehouse team via hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and performance management. Other duties as assigned by management. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
