About The Position

The Warehouse Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all warehouse functions within the Retail Support Center, including Inbound, Outbound, and Profiling. This role ensures alignment with company-wide supply chain strategies and plays a key role in optimizing service to the retailer network through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager at our Distribution Center (DC) in Fredericksburg, PA . As a member of the Senior Management team, the Warehouse Manager leads multiple areas of inbound and outbound warehouse operations to achieve company goals related to retailer service, safety, and operational efficiency. Areas of responsibility may include Safety, Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Data, Customer Service, and Profiling. The Warehouse Manager leads a management team consisting of two Managers and 10 or more Supervisors and is accountable for providing leadership, direction, and development across all levels of the organization. This role is also responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term departmental plans aligned with Ace objectives and strategic initiatives and for overall warehouse success. Additional Responsibilities: Demonstrate and enforce an environment of safety, good working relationships, quality and productivity. Provide input for annual budgets based on history and future company initiatives. Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse operations to include inbound and outbound activities, inventory, data, customer service and profiling. Develop and implement short and long term goals and objectives for all departments in accordance with Ace objectives and strategic plans. Create opportunities of development for the Managers and Supervisors and set an example by developing self. Support all safety programs Insure all best practice procedures are followed in all areas of responsibility. Insure all headcount and labor hour goals of the warehouse are met. Demonstrates the ability to create a positive employee relations environment which results in high performing teams. Develop and maintain good working relationships between warehouse departments, traffic and human resources. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience preferably in the field of distribution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of productivity measurement tools
  • Previous experience managing exempt level Supervisors/Managers
  • Successful management experience involving multiple areas of responsibility with Retail Support
