About The Position

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for an immediate opening in Davenport, IA. This position will be located at the CST Tri-Venture Warehouse. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, tools and equipment management, and logistics coordination to support project execution. This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate tracking, safe work practices, and strong coordination with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
Experience with inventory systems (Remarcable preferred) and Microsoft Office
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment
Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout
Inspect shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage returns
Track and report inventory using Remarcable
Manage tool tracking, check-in/check-out processes, and audits
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment
Support purchasing of tools, rentals, and parts
Train team members on tracking systems
Coordinate deliveries to job sites and optimize routes
Maintain delivery records and communication with field teams
Oversee fleet usage, maintenance, inspections, and cleanliness
Support training, performance, and productivity
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and vendors
Work with vendors on pricing, procurement, and scheduling
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment rentals
Ensure OSHA, DOT, and company safety compliance
Conduct inspections and enforce PPE and equipment standards
Support general warehouse upkeep and operational readiness
Assist with reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks
