We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Manager to join our Pennsauken NJ team. Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments? Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • At least 1 year of management experience in a furniture distribution center
  • Physically capable—able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day.
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse (residential) strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.
  • Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed—lead by example.
  • Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture.
  • Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.
  • Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams.
  • Handle delivery issues as they arise—creatively and proactively.
  • Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking.
