About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
- Forklift certification required
Nice To Haves
- OSHA training, First Aid, or similar certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Manage inbound and outbound workload to ensure on-time deliveries
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate schedules with carriers, customers, internal teams, and accounting for billing
- Control labor costs and optimize staffing levels
- Track and analyze warehouse KPIs to improve performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Oversee warehouse equipment usage, maintenance, and safety
