About The Position

Imagine leading the operational heartbeat of a facility that keeps products moving efficiently, accurately, and safely. At Keter | Adams Manufacturing , we are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ellwood City, PA warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately, product is handled with care, and a small, dedicated team is supported and developed. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and service.

Requirements

• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Prior experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation.
• Experience supervising and mentoring hourly associates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• SAP experience required
• Ability to develop SOPs, training plans, and consistent work practices.
• Working knowledge of DOT and PennDOT compliance requirements.
• High School Diploma required.
• Prior SAP experience required.
• Experience with warehouse systems, SOP development, and associate training.
• DOT and PennDOT compliance experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• WIS and e-commerce experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a single warehouse location in Ellwood City, PA.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 4–8 warehouse associates.
• Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain product integrity by preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and transportation partners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Utilize SAP and warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.
