Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution or warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to support efficient distribution operations
• Oversee all site logistics activities, including inventory management, storage optimization, and distribution performance
• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations while driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting training, onboarding, and performance management
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and budget performance, addressing variances as needed
• Ensure proper staffing levels and support workforce planning and scheduling
• Enhance customer service and overall business performance through strategic oversight and execution
