About The Position
The Warehouse Manager leads site-level warehouse operations to drive efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. This role oversees daily operations, manages and develops staff, ensures safety and compliance, and partners cross-functionally to optimize cost, performance, and service outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities
- Experience managing costs, improving efficiency, and meeting performance targets
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an active warehouse environment, including standing and walking for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, including supervisors, leads, and associates
- Set performance expectations, manage goals, and conduct performance reviews
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused culture
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Align warehouse performance with company goals and operational metrics
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct safety audits and promote adherence to SOPs
- Support site budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
- Partner with finance, logistics, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve operational issues
- Ensure effective use of WMS, TMS, and operational systems
- Use data and reporting to support decision-making and operational improvements
