We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and the team that keeps our entire company moving. Every delivery, every installation, every retail showroom, and every customer experience starts in the warehouse. When your operation runs well, every other department wins. You will build an organized, accountable, and safety-focused team that takes pride in getting the details right the first time. We are looking for someone who creates consistency, ensures teams start every shift with a plan, documents training, tracks progress, and follows up. Accountability is viewed as providing coaching, direction, and support to ensure tasks are done correctly. The warehouse manager will lead warehouse operations from receiving product through staging for deliveries, ensuring products are received, tagged, stored, and prepared accurately. This role involves building inventory systems to improve organization and efficiency, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse, and ensuring tomorrow's deliveries are set up for success before the team goes home. The manager will lead from the floor, coaching in the moment, setting clear expectations, holding people accountable while helping them succeed, giving feedback consistently, jumping in when the team needs help, and leading by example. This role requires bringing teams together by working closely with Delivery, Install, Customer Care, Maintenance, and Retail teams, communicating proactively, solving problems collaboratively, and understanding that success is measured by helping other teams succeed. The manager will own the details, notice what others overlook, protect company assets, maintain a safe workplace, continually look for ways to improve efficiency, and leave things better than they found them.
